All-Fill, Inc.

Location: Exton, Pennsylvania

Design Statement: All-Fill, a leading designer and
manufacturer of filling machines and packaging equipment,
has been steadily growing since they were founded in 1969.
Bernardon has maintained a partnership with All-Fill
since the original design of their 40,000 SF facility in 1987,
having provided design services on five different occasions,
including a 5,000 SF warehouse addition. These services
have allowed All-Fill to periodically update and adapt their
workspace to meet the challenges faced in the growth of
not only the corporate environment, but in the packing
industry as a whole.

The most recent design project included the interior
renovations of approximately 22,000 SF and a two-story
