Design Statement: Bernardon provided architectural and
interior design services for the renovations of a two-story,
70,000 SF existing office building. The new medical office
campus includes full-time primary care and women’s services
as well as other specialties such as dermatology, cardiology,
and endocrinology, which will be available on a rotating
basis. Also included are programmed spaces for physical
therapy, lab, imaging, and cancer treatment services on site.
In addition to complete interior renovations, the project
also included construction of a new building entrance with
an exterior canopy as well as a new radiation therapy vault
addition to house a linear accelerator.
