Location: Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Bernardon provided architectural
design services and coordinated the services of the
engineering disciplines for this four-story, multifamily
residential development above a two-level parking
structure.
Situated directly adjacent to a sustainable grocer, this
project is perfectly positioned to respond to the needs of
an influx of residential demand in an under performing
mall area, creating a small urban development pocket.
Programmed amenities include a fitness center, yoga
studio, cyber café, community room, and plaza deck with
pool.
The project was abandoned after the completion of
schematic design.
