Design Statement: Bernardon is providing land planning
and architectural design services for of the first of three
(3) multi-unit products at The Waterfront in Allentown.
630 Waterfront will offer approximately 190 apartments
in a five-story, Type IIIA wood structure over a one-story
podium and a partial wrap against a 900 space public/
private parking garage. The state-of-the-art building
will provide unique architecture and amenities and
conveniences expected of a modern day, urban residential
community.
