With offices in Wilmington, DE and Philadelphia and West Chester, PA, the people of Bernardon are

In today’s robustly-growing market, developers are challenged with providing a product that meets the
demand for high-end residential units located in the trendiest urban pockets where restaurants, the retail
scene, and even the night life is a required amenity. Our extensive design experience with multifamily
and urban infill developments, encompassing shows we understand this constantly-evolving
market. Our goal is simple: we put out the best, freshest product we can under the unique constraints
of each project, which ensures the success of every member of the project team and provides an exceptional
residential experience for all.
Additionally, we think like developers and understand that construction pricing, density, and yield
play important roles in the economics of a project. Our integrated design process will engage all decision
makers and stakeholders in a collaborative, focused, and fun series of meetings and charrettes to gain
input, solicit feedback, and build consensus around the right solution.
