Design Statement: In order to express Citadel’s technology-
driven retail approach to personalized financial services in a
new branch office prototype, a signature architectural design
was developed that enhances and supports Citadel’s balance
of high-tech retail environment with personal interactions.
A semicircular plan allows service areas to be arrayed around
a central “living room” space where Citadel greeters meet
each customer. The central area provides flexible space for Project locations include Brookhaven, Downingtown,
service modules, a key component of Citadel’s product Eagle, Feasterville, Kennett Square, Lancaster, Lansdale,
