1.) Nineteen (19) on-site construction progress meetings included. We have included $2,400 per meeting
excluding expenses. Therefore, the total architectural fee value of Construction Administration includes
$45,600 associated with attending meetings at the project site. The remaining $24,000 is associated with the
other Construction Administration services outlined in the proposal.
2.) The specific scope of Project Close-Out was not defined in the RFP.
3.) We have included $650 per on-site construction progress meeting for travel expenses.
