Location: Blue Bell, PA
Design Statement: The design of the 477,000 SF, four-
story, 270 unit residential building helps to reinforce the
AVE brand established by other AVE properties designed
by Bernardon. The program includes indoor and outdoor
amenities including a courtyard.
The interior design concept of the amenity space explores
the theme of a sanctuary - giving residents the luxury of a
hotel with the comfort of home. The materials used offer
a balance of formality and hospitality, creating spaces that
are both dynamic and timeless.
