Design Statement: Bernardon provided architecture and
interior design services (including furniture, fixtures, &
equipment) for a two-story, 73,000 SF facility for BELFOR,
the world’s largest disaster recovery and property restoration
company.

For their new office and warehouse, BELFOR wanted to
convey an “edgier” aesthetic and take advantage of the
marketing opportunities of their new location. Bernardon’s
design achieves this through the skillful integration of form,
materials and signage with the economy of a pre-engineered
metal building. The office façade, which faces the Route 30
bypass is designed with consideration of scale from the
perspective of the highway.
A two-story area of 10,000 SF provides for a total of 20,000 SF of
office space. Loading docks and drive-in access are provided for the
warehouse and production areas. The new facility provides almost twice
the building square footage of their previous location in Exton.
