Enclave at The Promenade

Location: Dresher, Pennsylvania

Design Statement: Nestled within a development of single-
story homes, the Enclave at The Promenade is designed
to serve as the amenity building for an active adult,
55+ community. The 5,700 SF building is located on the
site in between the pool deck and parking lot. Centered
around a grand ballroom with a large fireplace, the clubhouse
provides a community space for the residents through its
various offerings including a billiards room, fitness center,
locker rooms, and library. Inspired by boat house design, the
building features large windows that bring natural light into
each space and connects the indoors with the outdoors, as do
the multiple outdoor patios which lead to the pool.

This project is currently under construction with anticipated
completion in Spring 2021.
