Providence Town Center
Location: Collegeville, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Bernardon provided master planning
and architectural and hardscape design services for an
approximately 82-acre premier lifestyle retail center
consisting of 768,000 SF.
The center is composed of small-town style architecture
and streetscapes, similar to those found on the Main
Line of Philadelphia. The Bernardon design team created
a barrier-free pedestrian network composed of over five
miles of walkway, 130,000 SF of pavers, two plazas, ramps,
walls, and terraces. The mix of uses and the attention to
retail create a experience that will remain interesting visit
after visit.
