Rothman Institute Medical Office Building
Owner/User: Rothman Institute of Philadelphia
Location: Limerick, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Bernardon teamed with healthcare
architect Pescatore & Associates, LLC to design this new two-
story, 35,000 SF medical office building for the Rothman
Institute. The Rothman Institute purchased the existing
campus which houses an existing specialty hospital.
The design of the building complements the existing medical
campus and acts as a beacon for the campus. The new facility
includes physical therapy and a Rothman Orthopedic Urgent
Care Center.
