Pre-Primary

“Champions are made from something they have deep inside them - A desire,

a dream, and a vision.”

It is evident how physical education and sport is vital to the
physical, social, and mental development in children. It is not
about winning or losing but the competitive spirit and
togetherness. Goldcrest High, Vashi organized the Pre-
Primary Sports Meet for this Academic Year on 16th of

April 2019.

The event commenced with the Walk Past by the students of
the Sr. KG and Jr. KG who walked with cheerful spirits and
heads held high. They awed the audience by their Hand
Puppet drill. Both the classes participated in fun races

building up excitement and enthusiasm as the audience
constantly cheered them with constant applause. The race of
‘picking up the ball’, and ‘packing up their bag respectively to
reach the finish line’ was super exciting. A Relay race for
mothers and Tug of war for fathers was full of fun.

Our Jr. KG children were the showstoppers as they moved
and grooved with sparkling pom-poms on the foot tapping

music presented at the time of their Closing Drill. It is said
that winners don’t wait for chances, they take them. Likewise,
the finalists who won the races were awarded medals for their
achievement. It was indeed a splendid sporting event for the
tiny tots which boosted their confidence.
