REGULATORY FRAMEWORK
We will strengthen the Regulatory Framework for Energy, Water, and Telecommunications to create fair, competitive, and transparent markets, ensure consumer protections against predatory pricing and practices, mandate fair access to the grid for independent power producers (IPPs), facilitate partnerships to encourage clean energy projects, develop policies to promote energy efficiency and conservation across all sectors and set performance standards for service providers to ensure reliable and sustainable supplies.
