The PNP Will...
• Align Curricula with Industry Needs through strong partnerships between educational institutions and industries as well as integrate technical and vocational training into all levels of the education system.
• Expand Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) to offer certification programs tailored to high-demand fields such as technology, healthcare, renewable energy, and advanced manufacturing. Promote apprenticeships and on-the-job training programs.
• Develop a Trade School to offer specialized training for construction and other workers.
• Enhance Lifelong Learning Opportunities through robust adult education and reskilling programs to help workers adapt to changing industry trends. Develop online and flexible learning platforms and introduce financial incentives to individuals pursuing professional development.
• Invest in Digital and Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths (STEAM) programs at all levels of education to prepare students for innovation-driven industries. Equip schools with modern technology and digital tools to provide hands-on learning experiences and train teachers in cutting-edge instructional methods.
• Promote Entrepreneurship and Soft Skills Development such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability.
• Facilitate mentorship programs connecting students with professionals.
