Implemented the Early Start Daycare Assistance Program which supports children 0 to 3 years old.
Started the Social Enrichment Academic Afterschool Program which caters to over 200 students.
Opened ten new classrooms in the public school system.
The TVETPLAR program has seen the highest enrolment in 2024.
Opened the Felix Morely Community Centre with facilities for basketball, karate, boxing, rugby, yoga, and dance.
Completed the Grand Turk Sports Complex and Shelter.
Improved the Kew Town Community Park with play areas, a multi-purpose field and seating for community games and socialising.
Refurbished the Sports Field in South Caicos.
Signed a contract for solid waste management for Providenciales, for regular garbage collection, proper and safe disposal.
Delivered major Crown Lands Reform and doubled the discount from 25% to 50% for Turks and Caicos Islanders on the purchase or conversion of residential Conditional Purchase Leases, (CPL) to Freeholds.
Doubled the time to accept an offer to purchase a residential Freehold or Leasehold from 3 to 6 months and freehold titles can be paid for in instalments.
