Refurbishments and state-of-the-art additions approved and awarded for North and Middle Caicos at the Bambarra Beach Vendor Market, the Horsestable Beach Community Park and Bottle Creek Community Centre.
In South Caicos, the Conch Ground docking facility, Regatta Village, and community roads are being repaired and improved.
Advanced port rebuilding, rehabilitation, and expansion on all islands.
Invested millions on the South Dock redevelopment and other port improvement projects. South Dock has a brand-new port office building, the main berth and port entry road and internal roads have been paved.
Completed the South Caicos Port rehabilitation project, including the construction of sea defences, a new berth and pavements.
Completed and fully integrated the Bellefield Landing Welcome Centre into the Ports System.
Dredged the channel, completed and commissioned boat slips.
Completed renovations to the terminal building at the Eric Arthur Airport, Middle Caicos.
Completed renovations to the temporary building, the Firehall and Tower Building at the Clifford Gardiner Airport, North Caicos.
Completed the Norman B. Saunders terminal building and combined services buildings.
Completed roof restoration and installed the perimeter fencing at the JAGS McCartney Airport. It also received a brand new 6x6 Rosenbauer Fire Truck.
