Regulatory Considerations (PENCOM)

▪ Approved infrastructure funds and PE funds as asset classes for

pension fund investments

▪ Such funds must be registered with SEC to be eligible for pension

funds investments by pension fund administrators (PFAs)

▪ Fund manager must be registered with the SEC

▪ Up to 75% of the fund is to be invested in Nigeria

▪ Fund manager must retain a minimum investment in the fund
