PSSP/PSB
• PSSP (Payment Solution Service Providers): A licence issued
by the CBN that permits a company to provide payment
services such as payment gateways, payments solutions,
payment applications, payments processing etc. in Nigeria.
• PSB (Payment Service Banks): Licensed by the CBN to
facilitate high-volume low-value transactions in remittance
services, micro-savings and withdrawal services in a secured
technology-driven environment mostly in rural areas to further
deepen financial inclusion.
