MARY EKEMEZIE
MANAGING ASSOCIATE, UDO UDOMA & BELO-OSAGIE
Mary is a Managing Associate in the firm’s employment and corporate advisory teams. She has been involved in
multiple transactions across her practice areas including mergers & acquisitions, investments, syndicated
financing and project finance transactions. She also advises also advises target companies involved in mergers
and acquisitions on issues relating to employment law. She was a member of the team that advised a borrower in
connection with a syndicated financing for the construction of a rolling steel mill factory and has participated in
various financing transactions where the firm has advised lenders in connection with term loans. Mary is a
member of the team that advises private equity funds and other multinational investors and operators on equity
investments and financing in a range of sectors.
EKUNDAYO ONAJOBI
SENIOR ASSOCIATE, UDO UDOMA & BELO-OSAGIE
Ekundayo is a Senior Associate and specialises in corporate and commercial transactions including corporate
advisory, capital markets, banking & finance, and real estate transactions. He was part of the team that advised
one of Nigeria's largest conglomerates on its acquisition of majority shares in two listed companies and the
divestment of its minority interest in two of its subsidiaries to foreign investors. His capital market experience
includes public offerings of debt securities by corporate and government entities in Nigeria. He undertakes due
diligence and regulatory compliance reviews and assists clients with the creation and perfection of title and
security interest.
FARIDAH ORIMOBI
SENIOR ASSOCIATE, UDO UDOMA & BELO-OSAGIE
Faridah is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department. Her capital market experience
includes the establishment of bond issuance programmes and the structuring of mergers and acquisitions.
Faridah has advised on the acquisitions of banks, non-banking financial institutions and power companies. She
advised on the first state government sukuk in Nigeria and was also on the team that advised the Federal
Government of Nigeria on the first sovereign sukuk issuance in Nigeria; she has advised on several debt issuance
programmes and public offers. She has also advised on the equity and debt financing of start-ups in sectors
ranging from finance to technology and real estate.
TEMITOPE ODUKOYA
PARTNER AND WEST AFRICA FINANCIAL ADVISORY LEADER, DELOITTE & TOUCHE
Temitope, is currently the Deloitte West Africa Financial Advisory Leader, with close to 20 years of professional
experience. His experience spans across several industries and he has led Financial Advisory projects involving
M&A, due diligence, restructuring and valuation amongst others. His clients include leading PE firms,
international trade players and indigenous clients. Temitope holds a BSc in Actuarial Science from the University
of Lagos, Nigeria, an MSc in Finance and Management from Cranfield School of Management, United Kingdom
and a Global Executive MBA jointly awarded by Columbia Business School and London Business School. He is a
Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a CFA Charter Holder.
AKINOLA AKINBOBOYE

Akinola is currently a Senior Manager in the M&A Transaction Services & Restructuring service line within
Deloitte’s Financial Advisory unit. He has over nine years of extensive experience in transaction services including
due diligence, post transaction advisory services, restructuring, regulatory reporting and corporate financial
advisory. Akinola is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He advises
leading international and indigenous PE firms and strategic players in looking at how opportunities to create,
grow and preserve value.
OLUWATOSIN ADEDOYIN
SENIOR MANAGER I TAX & REGULATORY SERVICES, DELOITTE & TOUCHE
Tosin is a Senior Manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Unit of our Tax & Regulatory Services function with
over 10 years experience. Over the course of his career, he has managed tax structuring, tax advisory and due
diligence exercises in various sectors. He has demonstrated expertise and experience in tax model formulation
and review. He also has varied experience advising multi-national clients on Nigerian taxes and has proactively
provided them with practical advice on how to manage any potential impact on the Nigerian operations. He is an
Associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute
of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
