Katherine, 36, whose routine is based on her being single, ran into Bobby Kootstra
when she returned to her hometown of Sarnia, in Canada, to record the BBC series.

She said: “During filming I went for a night out with my sister and bumped into my
first love Bobby – we then dated for about a year when I was fifteen and then we
split.”

Joking about the surgery she has had, she said: “I’m amazed he recognised me.”
