COMPANY PROFILE
RLC provides turnkey results including planning, feasibility studies
(site selection, utility interconnections, cost estimating), detailed
design, interconnection applications, permitting, and project
management services for electrical substations, transmission lines,
power generation facilities, and industrial plants. As an additional
service, RLC staff can work as a supplement to your in-house staff.
RLC has provided the following services to the Utility and Power
Generation markets - this represents a small sample of our total
portfolio:

Company’s Maine Power Reliability Program (MPRP), playing a
significant role in the planning and construction sequence for
MPRP’s substation and transmission improvements.

egulated Transmission Planning services for ISO-New England
on the proposed Hydro Quebec transmission connection into New
England.
Design, management and construction oversight on 62 MWdc
solar program totaling 19 sites in Massachusetts.
Design and construction for more than 30 wind power projects
across the United States and Canada.
Multi-discipline design, project management and construction
oversight for various electric utilities’ 12kV to 345kV Substations,
Transmission and Distribution Protection Systems,
Communications Network and A&I Systems.
Services have included interfacing with Electric Utilities, Generating
Facilities and the Independent System Operators (ISO-New England,
NYISO, and PJM).
With our comprehensive range of services, RLC will provide expert
consulting and engineering services to meet your technical, schedule
and budgetary requirements.
