Passadumkeag Wind Project
RLC developed all interconnection application documents
including the ISO-NE studies for this 13 - turbine 39.975 MW
wind project. RLC created the design documents necessary
to construct a 34.5 kV collection system consisting of 9 miles
of underground and 8 miles of overhead along with the
transmission line interconnection to the utilities transmission
system. RLC developed the design documents required to
construct a 115 kV Delta to 34.5/19.2 KV grounded wye
substation and a 115 kV, 3000A three-breaker ring bus
switching station. Services included construction support,
testing and commissioning support, and final installation.
