SYSTEM
When you see your business as a system, and you think in terms
of systems; then you can move from complex chaos to systematic
arrangement of affairs. This is simple way to get the best result,
sometimes exponential result as demonstrated from this
illustration.
I am going to take you through some simple arithmetic using the
previous data I shared earlier about the cost of customer
acquisition and the result by going through the process in a
systematic way. Some of you may think I am taking you through
