 FUSION works on a module based structure. It is an integrated suite of five intensive 3-day
 residential workshops. The programme blends pragmatic theory and input with networking,   a benefit to the bank
 feedback and back-at-work practice. The delegates (a global mix of GCBs 3-5) are carefully
 selected from the green talent box and have a record of high performance. FUSION challenges   in excess of $80M
 36 delegates to build four high-performing Action Learning Teams as vehicles for applying
 their learning via individual and collective development and the delivery of a business
 improvement project.
