Notice is hereby given that the Eleventh Annual General
Meeting of The Institute of Chartered Professional
Managers of Sri Lanka will be held on Monday, 28

December 2020 at 5.30 p.m. via Zoom to consider the
following;

Agenda

01. To receive and adopt the report of the
Governing Council for the year ending 31

March 2020.

02. To receive and adopt the audited accounts
and the auditor’s report for the year ending
31 March 2020.

03. To reappoint KPMG Chartered
Accountants, as auditors of the Institute
for the Financial Year 2020/2021 and
to authorise the Governing Council to
determine their remuneration.

04. Any other business of which prior notice
has been given.
