PREPARATION OF RECOMMENDED RISK AND OPPORTUNITY
TITLE:
CONTROL (RROC) FORM

1. Objective/Purpose: To monitor and review the implementation of the action/treatment plan.

2. Scope: Strategic/Management Level; Operational Level/Process Level

RROC – a tool used by the Risk Management Officer to monitor and
review the risks and opportunities identified in the Risk and Opportunity
3. Definition of Terms: Assessment Register (ROAR). This is required to be submitted by the
RMO within 15 working days from the date of submission of ROAR by
the process owners.

4. Procedures:

Conducts monthly visit to the process owners to
check the status of the implementation of the
RMO action/treatment plan and suggest possible ROAR, RROC
adjustments in addressing the risks and
opportunities.

Verifies the documents which are the evidence of
RMO the extent of the implementation of the action plan
by the responsible person or the process owner.

ROAR, RROC
Reflects the result of the monitoring in the RROC
RMO
as the monitoring report.

RMO Indicates the necessary remarks as a result of the ROAR, RROC
monitoring and the monthly visit.
