Undersized vacuum line No evaporator when
volume flow is required for a sustained period of time
• The vacuum line should have less than 12 cm. water column pressure drop
• The maximum withdraw rate, at room temperature, with air circulation, is 2 Kg
per hour for 50-70Kg cylinders and 10 Kg per hour for ton cylinders.
• Short term high flowrates especially with full cylinders can be much greater
