Paul Campbell attained a masters degree in Chemical Engineering and a PhD. in the related field of Minerals Engineering from the University of Birmingham, England.
He began his career, in 2001, at the steel manufacturer Corus (now Tata Steel Europe). Working initially in the technical department, of the Special Strip Division, he was responsible for conducting product and process development projects at the Corus manufacturing facility in Rotherham, England. Over the course of the next eight years, Paul held various technical and sales roles at the Corus steel plants in Rotherham (Engineering Steels Division) and Scunthorpe (Long Products Division).
In 2009 Paul moved to Germany to join Buderus Edelstahl, part of the Böhler-Uddeholm Division of the Voestalpine steel group.
After five years working as the Global Sales Manager, he joined Zapp Precision Metals as Head of Sales in 2014 at their precision strip manufacturing facility in Unna, Germany. Paul currently lives in Düsseldorf, with his wife and two children.
