HIGH END STRIP:
The HIGH END for STRIP equipment adds additional and/or optional features to the conveyorized spraying processing lines.
The HIGH END features include items such as:
Ø Chemical monitoring, (pH, Conductivity, SG, etc.)
Ø Dosing of fresh chemistry into Chemical Stations
Ø Spray pressure monitoring using digital pressure gauges
Ø Variable frequency pump control for automatic spray pressure control
Ø PLC controls that include ethernet connectivity for recipe driven operation and data archiving
Ø REEL to REEL processing
Ø Custom Engineering as per customer request

In Summary:
v We have discussed equipment for the four WET PROCESSES, (CLEAN, DEVELOP, ETCH, AND STRIP).
v Each of these processes have been broken down into BASIC, MEDIUM, AND HIGH-END levels of equipment.
v PRODUCTION needs and reduction of VARIATION are the primary drivers that influence the progression from BASIC to MEDIUM equipment levels, and from MEDIUM to HIGH-END equipment levels.
v Basic to Medium Drivers: PRODUCTION and REDUCTION OF VARIATION v Medium to High-End Drivers: Mostly REDUCTION OF VARIATION
v Lastly, I want to summarize levels of equipment for each WET PROCESS using the following attributes:
§ Capital Cost
§ Labor Content
§ Production Rate
§ Process Variation
§ Scrap Rate
§ Required Operator Skill Level
§ Required Maintenance Skill Level § Cost Of Ownership
