BASIC Stripping:
The positive attributes of this approach are: • Low Capital Cost
• Low Operator skill level required
• Low maintenance skill level required • Low cost of Ownership
The negative attributes of this approach are:
• High Labor Content
• Low Production rate
• Prone to variation, (time, temperature, bath dilution and contaminates.) • Lack of control of these variables can lead to high scrap rates

MEDIUM STRIP:
The MEDIUM or AVERAGE type of equipment used for STRIPPING involves transporting the product on a conveyor system. The product is loaded onto a conveyor, transported through a STRIP Stations, is Rinsed, Dried and exits the line at the UNLOAD station.
