HIGH END ETCH:
The HIGH END for ETCH equipment adds additional and/or optional features to the conveyorized spraying processing lines.
The HIGH END features include items such as:
Ø Chemical monitoring, (pH, Conductivity, SG, etc.)
Ø Dosing of fresh chemistry into Chemical Stations
Ø Spray pressure monitoring using digital pressure gauges
Ø Variable frequency pump control for automatic spray pressure control
Ø PLC controls that include ethernet connectivity for recipe driven operation and data archiving
Ø REEL to REEL processing
Ø Custom Engineering as per customer request

HIGH END ETCH - REGENERATION:
Regeneration systems continuously monitors the ORP of the etchant and automatically injects OXIDIZER, (Chlorine or Sodium Chlorate), and ACID, (HCL), as needed to maintain a constant production rate.
A digital display of the oxidation-reduction potential, (ORP) provides the operator with an indication of the bath condition.
An automatic specific gravity control maintains constant etchant density.
Excess etchant produced by the regeneration process is automatically discharged to the facility’s spend solution tank.
