Focus:
• Attacking moves
• Players in the center rectangle are on defense & can’t leave that grid • Change of speed
• Players on the outside rectangles each have a ball and try to dribble • Decision making
through the center grid to the other side • Play at game speed
• Offensive players use “attacking” skill sets (scissors, juke, roll & push) • Defensive stance
or any move to beat the defenders • Defenders stay low
• Play 3-5 Minutes then switch defenders • Keep ball close to body
• Be creative
• Try something new
