Game: Follow the Leader

Extensions:
20 yds • Player A runs around without a ball and Player B tries to
keep up
• Player A&B share a ball and pass & move with each other
Focus:
20 yds • Moves
• Speed
• Players break into partners (Player A & B) • Footwork
• Player A dribbles around doing different moves • Communication
• Player B has to imitate (2 min.) • Head & eyes looking up
• When whistle blows Player A faces Player B and stands
with feet shoulder apart
• Player B tries to shoot between Player A’s legs
• Reverse roles
