3v1 Attacking

• 1 player on defense, 3 players on offense
• Defensive player plays the ball to an offensive player

• Offensive players work as a team (must make 3
consecutive passes before shooting)

• 2 or 3 touch only
30 yds • If defensive player wins the ball, they must attempt to
dribble it out of bounds

• Focus:

• Offensive unit must have 1 open option at all times
• Play the “square ball”
• Movement off the ball

• Never standing still
• Must play at game speed!
