Kickoff #1

• Two person kick off

• Get it to a left or right wing player

• They dribble up a bit

• The two players in the center sprint down
• Wing player send a ball up and over the defense to

the box

• The rest of the team pushes down field toward the
goal

Rationale / Tricks

• Do it quick to get them not paying attention

• Use players that can execute this ie: someone
with a strong boot to get it where it needs to be

• At the minimum… the opposing team is pressed

in their zone with a throw in (pin them)
• Use this at the start of the game, or when down
