2% company-wide and the Top Producing Rental Team of 2018 in Manhattan.

Lesley Steiner is a natural when it comes to real estate. Her motivation comes from a genuine
interest in the people she serves and a determination to help them achieve their goals. Whether
the goal is renting, buying or selling an apartment in the city, Lesley tunes in immediately to her
clients and customers. She listens attentively and "reads between the lines" to identify wishes that
they could not quite verbalize. Once their objective is clear to her, she taps into every resource
that is available and follows through until a successful outcome is achieved. More importantly, she
strives to turn an often hectic process into a satisfying and pleasant experience by providing
professional, attentive and knowledgeable guidance to those she works with.

PAUL BOLOGNA

Paul Bologna is ready to take on the world when he comes to work each morning. His effervescent
personality is matched only by is knowledge of real estate in Manhattan. Born and raised in Manhattan
on the Upper East Side, Paul knows the city like his own backyard.
Paul’s first career was interior design, before he switched from beautifying homes to handling their sales
and leasing. In 1994, he obtained his real estate license and joined one of New York's up-and-coming
firms. He enjoys taking new agents under his wing and teaching them the ins-and-outs of the real estate
business. As a manager, he has helped those who have learned from him to achieve success by following
his lead and providing attentive service and follow-up.
