Congratulations Gasper Garza, Assistant Manager, DC and UC and Mark Riola, Assistant
Manager, Specialized Maintenance for being recognized with an Operational Excellence
Coin in September by Graham Rose, Manager, Vehicle Fleet!
Both Gasper Garza and Mark Riola drive a ton of miles for Loram. I am pleased to say that they take
excellent care of their company trucks. I received their old trucks back at the Hamel office each with
more than 197,000 on them. Looking at the old OR’s you would not have guessed they had that kind
of mileage on them because they both looked practically new. I appreciate the time and effort that Mr.
Garza and Mr. Riola put into taking care of their truck, it shows who they are as a person and helps
make the Loram name shine. Please continue to take pride in your company vehicles and I hope to see
more returned for disposal like this.
