machine crew will also be published in the next edition of Track N’ Times. Good luck and have fun with
          this exercise!

                                                           Quiz

          1. You just received you new authority to proceed into the next block. Your pilot gave you the go
ahead to proceed. At this point can you proceed?
                 True or False

Hint: If you answered TRUE to the above question, stop and review your KBYG content. You are a
liability to yourself, crew, customer and machine. You must be 100% engaged in your position as a
machine operator, machine superintendent, crew chief, or anyone that is on the machine while it is in
              operation.
Define what is missing to make this false question correct.

           2. You’re being rushed by the customer to hurry up, the pressure is getting to you. What should you
               do?
           3. Phil Homan has decided to make a machine visit and it’s your lucky day to have him in the cab with
you. What is Phil’s responsibilities while in the cab observing the operations?
           4. Your pilot gets on board and says I have time, whenever your ready let’s go. What is your response
to the pilot? What actions need to be taken?
           5. The Out of Limits program has documented the information and process that has been on going
within the Loram fleet for some time. This sets the standard for all to comply with, so we all have a
clear understanding of the expectation regardless of what machine or division you are working in.
Why is it important that this concept is a way of life in the field, and not just another program that
meets some objective from the corporate office?
