OPERATIONS UPDATES
From here click on speed dial. When you start typing a
name of a Loram contact it will pull up a list of options
for people that are on Teams. From here you can select
someone to add to your favorites for speed dial.
Below their name you can click on the phone to make
your call. The green circle will show if they are availa-
ble. If it’s red, they are not available and/or are already
in a call. If it is yellow – they are away. You can also
do video chats from this screen by clicking on the vid-
eo camera button.
If you click on contacts you can start typing a name until it
comes up in a list.
From here you can add a new contact to your
list. Click on Add contact.
Start typing in the name of the individual you’d like to add.
Click on Add.
