This activity will be a beginner’s programme for girls interested in playing cricket. It is open to beginners and intermediate players; girls who express more interest as Students with experiences in debating will be giving training sessions to junior students. From learning various types of logical fallacies to improving your public
the programme proceeds can join one of the domestic teams or be part of a future school team. The programme will cover basic knowledge and skills pertaining to speaking skills, you are guaranteed to win all future arguments with your friends and siblings after attending our training sessions! We may hold an inter-house
cricket, but the ultimate goal is to have fun! debate competition too!
For Y12/13 students coaches: this can be part of your CAS! While dissecting motions and formulating arguments fulfill the creativity criteria, teaching junior students
debating skills can count as a service.
More advanced debaters can potentially participate in inter-school competitions and tournaments (eg. HKDSC, HKSSDC, Sing Tao Inter-school Debating
