Build and HX with a FX
Easy: simply put the bag section on the plastic base
of the cart and put aside the Steel bin bag support.
Advantage: If user eventually needs a bigger cart,
can put it back as FX. If you install an axle to lock
the wheels, make sure to put it on the same side as
the handle bar/bag section.
