Join members of the HOPE Sauk Prairie team in September as we take a moment to reflect on those we have lost,
encourage those who may be struggling and raise awareness for the local resources that are available. Our goal
is to prevent suicide. Show your support by taking part in our month long memorial and attend the event on:

Sunday, September 24, 2017                Life is precious and sometimes precarious. Taking a moment

Music, Remembrance & Guest speakers          Resources are available, but sometimes just a kind word,
to share stories of hope and courage     or a non-judgmental ear are far more likely to reduce distress.
                                          Join us on September 24th to celebrate those lives who have

                                               been lost, and raise awareness to stop suicide today.

751 individuals locally, gone too soon. Each one of these individuals are part of our community. Some may have
been well linked, other may have had a network of family, friends or work colleagues, and yes, maybe a school
mate. Regardless, communities have a very important role in supporting those who are vulnerable, and those
who have gone too soon.

You can help…

751 individuals translates to 751 pairs of shoes that will be on display in Meyer Oak Grove Park in Sauk City during
the month of September. We need your help in collecting 751 pairs of shoes.

We need your help in collecting 751 pairs of shoes to make this memorial a success. Please consider donating 1
pair or 100 pairs. They can be dropped off at the following:
