FEBRUARY 2019 CALENDAR OF EVENTS HAPPY NEW YEAR!

While New Year’s Day makes January a time of new beginnings for many people, here at the chamber, we are
celebrating prior year success with our annual dinner & awards banquet, welcoming new board & committee members
and hosting our annual retreat. As staff, we are compiling economic data to be shared, while starting our own goal
setting & tracking, and let’s not forget, prepping to see who wins (and loses) at the annual chamber super bowl.

So here we are. February 1st. A lot has happened in the 31 days of January. Let’s take a look back:

January 1st: Happy New Year!

January 14th: Chamber Annual Dinner & Awards Banquet…remember the saying, “A
little party never hurt nobody!” well, that was certainly true the night of our annual
dinner. Over 275 people attended this sold out event and the 1920’s was recreated, in
true Gatsby Style. In this edition of Chamber News, you will find images of Chamber
members who dressed up for the event. You will also see who was awarded the People’s
Choice award from their costumes and attire. Congratulations to the following Sauk
Prairie area businesses and individuals for winning various awards.
