1. Attracting a significantly larger reserve;

2. Not giving multiple assignments to markers – e.g., having markers

assigned specifically to each Unit, so that progress can be made on all QIGs at the same time.

3. Having a larger Team of Monitoring personnel supervising the
marking process

4. Re-instituting a “coaching level” of marking personnel to spot
and bolster floundering markers

5. Providing additional training (hands on) with the marking tool
