The Beauty of Grenada

When I woke up the next day, the fire was out, my

breakfast was on the table and we were ready to
see the town. I hurriedly gobbled up my breakfast

while mom and Ms Diana packed up.

We came down the mountain and headed for the
town of St George’s. When we arrived, we went

under a tunnel and Ms Diana said, “This tunnel is

the only one in Grenada and it was built in 1805.”

This tunnel is old, I thought to myself. As we came

out from under the tunnel, we saw the beautiful,
newly-built, and well-painted buildings. We also

saw buildings that had been built in the

eighteenth century.
