Invisible Me
The next day I woke up in a very good mood. I had
my day at school all planned out. I quietly entered
my dad’s car as he headed to my school to drop off
my younger sister. My mom was still at home. I
could tell that she was very worried because she
did not eat anything.
As I entered my classroom, I took my usual seat
and listened for my name as the teacher called the
register. “Present miss” I said as she called my
name. The class grew even quieter. I laughed as
Trey’s pencil fell out of his hand. Mrs. Strachan
stopped in surprise as she looked at my seat. “Is
someone trying to be funny here?” she asked. By
the class’ silence she could tell that no one was
playing. I smiled as I left the class and entered the
boy’s washroom.
As Todd tried to enter, I pulled the door. He pulled
at the door in confusion, wondering why it kept
closing when he tried to open it. Finally, he gave
up and he went into the girl’s washroom.
