4.0 CONCLUSION
This strategic plan is representative of CXC’s strategic direction and key areas of focus over the next five years. The efforts of the Council as demonstrated through this highly structured strategic plan is ultimately to create a digitally transformed regional enterprise using a people-centred approach to achieve the new vision and mission. The Council
in executing its organisation-wide strategy of transformation, to reposition as a regional enterprise, will efficiently and effectively utilise its resources and capabilities to advance the regional good in adding value to our customers and stakeholders.
The successful execution of this strategy will transform CXC® into a digitally innovative regional enterprise providing leadership in educational services and responding adequately to the needs of our customers and stakeholders. CXC® is reimagining customer and stakeholder excellence in a digitally transformed enterprise.
