Registrar informed the SUBSEC that an investigation into the matter would be conducted and a
response forwarded to the Local Registrar, Montserrat.

63. Dr McLean asked that the e-submission of SBA as well as contracts for moderators be
added to the list of concerns for discussion with Local Registrars. She agreed with Ms White and
added that the activities for moderation would fall right into the time of preparation for the
administration of the May-June examinations. Dr McLean informed the SUBSEC that the
situation was untenable and suggested that the Registrar arrange a meeting as soon as possible to
discuss the concerns of the Local Registrars with the aim to resolve issues before examinations
commence the following week.

ITEM 13: TERMINATION

64. The Chairman thanked members of the SUBSEC for ventilating issues and added that there
needs to be accountability and solutions as we go forward. There being no other business, the
meeting was terminated.
