Makeover

Although I was scared I decided to try and find the

source of this unnatural occurrence within my
room. Things took a turn for the worst. Everything

began to shake as if there was an earthquake. a

pair of my shoes were turned upside down; things

on my dresser fell to the floor.

"What is happening? "I whispered, my voice
shaking. I tried to scream for my parents but there

was no sound. I was paralyzed with fear. Slowly,

when I was able to move I threw myself on my bed

and hid my face in my pillow. I stayed like that, too

afraid to move, until I eventually fell asleep.

It was 6:18pm when the event occurred. I woke up

at 4am the following morning. When I got out of

bed I opened the door quietly while staring at the

closet, then I rushed through the hallway

upstairs, afraid to make any noise for fear I would
wake up whatever was lurking in my room.

I ran downstairs to the kitchen. I was famished

because I did not have dinner the night before.
